Delivered by a neon painted school bus, Books on Wheels specializes in providing free bike repair and books to people in Richmond and surrounding areas. I like Books, Bikes, and Beyond over other thrift stores in the city because the prices aren’t outrageous, it’s still somewhat of a secret meaning that the merchandise isn’t all picked over, and the owner, Shelley Briggs, is one of the coolest people living in the city.
